Policies and Fees

Deposit amount to have a meter installed is $50.00 for land owner and $150.00 for a renter.

There is a $10.00 charge for changing billing to a new customer. There will be a $20.00 charge if a meter needs to be installed or unlocked.

Any back bills owed on a service connection will have to be paid in full before a meter will be installed.

This is an automated meter reading system. (The customer is not responsible for reading their water meter.)

A 5% penalty will be charged on an outstanding account balance after the l6th of each month.

Customers will be mailed a Past Due notice if the bill is not paid before the 20th of the month, and an additional $10.00 fee will be added to the customer’s account. If the bill remains unpaid by the disconnect date stated, the water service will be disconnected.

Customers will be charged a $30.00 reconnection/service fee if disconnected for non-payment.

Customers will be charged $20.00 for a returned check or a returned automated clearing house (ACH) payment. If the payment that was returned was for a delinquent account, it could result in disconnection of service until payment has been made in full.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club and American Express cards in the office, or online @rwdno2.com. There is a 3% transaction fee when using your cards.

We also do ACH payments (Bank Drafts) direct from the bank AT NO CHARGE to the customer.
