We are experiencing issues with our remote reading system. While the meter is fully functional, the sending unit is not sending the read back to the office. We are currently looking for a new system, but in the meantime, if you are able, we request that you call the office with a meter reading. We normally figure bills beginning the 23rd of the month, if you could call your read in around that day (or any day that works better for you), we would appreciate it. Please only get in your meter can if you are physically able!

Meter Reading System
September 30, 2025
We are experiencing issues with our remote reading system. While the meter is fully functional, a large portion of the sending units are not sending the read back to the office. We are currently looking for a new system, but in the meantime, IF you are able we request that you call the office with a meter reading. We normally figure bills beginning the 23rd of the month, if you could call your read in around that day (or any day that works better for you) we would appreciate it. Water Outages
July 18, 2025
There is a construction crew moving through the District installing fiber optic lines that keep hitting our water lines, sometimes multiple times in a day/night. We have no advance notice or any way to warn customers of when the water will be off. The maintenance crews are working day, night and weekends to get the water restored as quickly as possible once we are notified. Please know that we are doing everything we can to prevent this, but these crews are not our employees or contractors and we have no authority over them.
**We believe the online balances issue has been fixed- please call the office to verify your balance, if needed.
