There is a line break in the area of 433 road and 630 road. Customers in the surrounding area may experience little to no water. Maintenance crews are working to get the water restored as quickly as possible.
**Please keep in mind when calling the after hours number that the workers who answer that phone are the same workers trying to fix the break- they will not be able to answer every call.

We are experiencing issues with our remote reading system. While the meter is fully functional, a large portion of the sending units are not sending the read back to the office. We are currently looking for a new system, but in the meantime, IF you are able we request that you call the office with a meter reading. We normally figure bills beginning the 23rd of the month, if you could call your read in around that day (or any day that works better for you) we would appreciate it. Please only get in your meter can if you are physically able!

There is a construction crew moving through the District installing fiber optic lines that keep hitting our water lines, sometimes multiple times in a day/night. We have no advance notice or any way to warn customers of when the water will be off. The maintenance crews are working day, night and weekends to get the water restored as quickly as possible once we are notified. Please know that we are doing everything we can to prevent this, but these crews are not our employees or contractors and we have no authority over them.
